Create Your Free Account
Start by creating your free Mend account. No payment details are needed at this stage and no commitment is required. Your account saves your progress, stores your clinical correspondence, and gives you access to the Mend Wellness Tracker. Select the medication you are interested in and you will go straight into your safety assessment.
Complete Your Safety Assessment
Answer a short set of questions tailored specifically to your chosen medication. We review your diagnoses, current medications, allergies, and symptom profile to ensure the treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you. This takes approximately ten minutes to complete. Your answers are reviewed individually by our independent prescriber and are not processed automatically.
Submit for Clinical Review
Our GMC registered independent prescriber reviews each assessment individually based on your specific health profile, current medications, and clinical suitability. Not all assessments will be approved. If your assessment is approved your membership begins. If you are not approved you will receive a clear clinical explanation and no membership charge is applied.
Approved — Membership Begins
Your prescription is issued and your medication is compounded specifically for you by our UK based pharmacy partner with no unnecessary fillers or binders, and dispatched directly to your door. Everything is included within your membership with nothing extra to pay. Most patients receive their medication within two to three working days of approval, subject to pharmacy dispensing and dispatch times. Medication is dispensed only following prescriber approval and is a prescription only medicine.
Your membership includes ongoing monthly check-ins, a detailed three-monthly clinical review to ensure your next prescription remains safe and appropriate, and access to non-urgent clinical support by email. Your prescription is renewed as part of the three-monthly review process at no additional charge.

Your Medication

Monthly Check-In
Complete a monthly online symptom check-in form so your clinical team can monitor your progress between formal reviews.
Three-Monthly Detailed Review
Every three months you complete a more detailed clinical review to ensure your next prescription is safe and your dose remains appropriate.
Non-Urgent Email Support
Contact the Mend clinical team by email for non-urgent queries between check-ins. Responses within one to two working days.
Ongoing Prescribing
Your prescription renews as part of your three-monthly review at no additional charge.
Membership is available only to patients whose safety assessment has been reviewed and approved by our independent prescriber. Mend Clinic reserves the right to decline or discontinue membership where clinical assessment indicates the treatment is not appropriate or safe for an individual patient.

The £49 assessment fee covers the cost of independent prescriber review and is retained following completion of clinical review regardless of outcome. Membership at £149 per month begins only following your explicit confirmation after notification of approval. Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Your membership covers the full cost of your medication, compounding, dispensing, delivery, and clinical oversight. There are no additional fees on top of your monthly membership. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Medication FAQs
Most of the medications available through Mend are not routinely prescribed on the NHS for complex chronic conditions. Mend provides a private clinical pathway to access them safely and with appropriate ongoing oversight.
Some medications including ketotifen and LDN are not commercially available in standard formulations in the UK at the doses required for complex chronic illness management. Our UK based compounding pharmacy partner prepares these medications to the exact dose required, with no unnecessary binders, bulkers, or fillers.
The £49 fee covers the clinical review of your safety questionnaire and symptom profile by our GMC registered independent prescriber. This fee is retained following completion of clinical review regardless of outcome.
Your medication, compounding, dispensing, delivery, monthly check-in, three-monthly clinical review, non-urgent email support, and ongoing prescription renewal. Nothing additional to pay.
You will receive a clear clinical explanation. No membership charge will be applied. You may reapply after 90 days or sooner if your clinical circumstances change.
Some medications are used outside their original licensed indications, a practice known as off-label prescribing. This is legal and clinically common in the UK. All off-label prescribing is conducted by our GMC registered independent prescriber in accordance with GMC guidance. Patients are informed of the off-label status as part of the consent process.
This varies by medication and individual. Some patients report improvements within two to four weeks. LDN typically requires six to twelve weeks. Individual results vary.
Every three months you complete a more detailed clinical questionnaire. This allows our prescriber to review your overall progress, confirm your dose remains appropriate, and issue your next prescription. Included within your membership at no additional charge.
Yes. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
